Award-winning garden designer John Warland used floating waves of turf to great effect at the recent Chelsea Flower Show. The spectacular ‘World Vision Garden’ was a real stand out design.

The amazing garden, was not only thought provoking, but just goes to show what can be achieved with this natural resource we produce, develop and sell.

The design made use of a mild steel, molding the grass over the steel to give the look that the grass was being peeled from the earth.

The garden design represented the ‘vulnerability of children living in poverty’ and the hope the charity brings to them – ‘uplifting hope for uncertain times’.

The installation was made for children’s charity, World Vision and a great photo of the garden design can be found here.
